Quite simply, David Antony Reid makes the best guitars I have ever played, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They sound amazing, they feel fantastic, they look beautiful and the exquisite craftsmanship of The Gent makes it an absolute joy to play.

New Lecturer at South Thames School of Guitar Making

I was highly honoured to be asked to take on the job of visiting guitar making lecturer at the South Thames School of Guitar Making. As of Friday, 5th of November, 2010, I shall be taking on a new role, one day a week, as visiting lecturer at South Thames College. The college has a fantastic, brand new campus; and they are full steam ahead towards building a great reputation as a prestigious guitar making school, here in London, UK. I am honoured, and very happy, to be a part of that. This will however mean that I shall be changing the day I work at "Ivor Mairants", which is yet to be confirmed. But, as it looks for the moment, that is likely to be every Thursday. I look forward to getting to know all of the students, and passing on my knowledge. Link to the college below.
