Tenor: Specifications
Tenor guitars came about when Banjo's in Jazz music were no longer fashionable & banjo players wanted an instrument that was easy to adapt to, so the Tenor guitar replaced the tenor banjo.
They are now used in a wide variety of today's music. These guitars have a high tension giving them a sharp bright sound.
